"We hired Austin to sell our condo located in the popular downtown Glendale area. While he is primarily located in Orange County, he services the greater Los Angeles area. He made every and all effort to treat his client with attention to detail. Days after we put our condo on the market, he set up s… Read Moreeveral showing and exactly 4 days after listing became public, we had 4 offers. We accepted an offer the first week and closed escrow in 30 days. As you may already know, that's half the story. First I should mention, I am picky and extremely hands on. During escrow, many unexpected things come up during inspection. Mind you, this is during covid height in December, in Los Angeles County with many restrictions and holiday closures coming up. Austin arranged for inspections and even brought his handyman to remedy any findings, really taking the "client services" to another level. We were also out of town when we were closing escrow and Austin took the steps to keep us updated and flag any urgent matters. You should know that he also has a great eye for design and details which can particularly help when you are trying to sell a property. You are not just hiring a real estate agent but someone whose goal isn't simply another sale, but to excel in client services. He brings his network of professionals that work together and behind the scenes to create a seamless transaction for you. "My wife and I were seeking a two bedroom apartment in Los Angeles because my one year daughter needed her own room. After many months of searching, I was about to give up, but my wife was browsing around Zillow an… Read Mored saw a great listing. She contacted the real estate agent (Austin Choi) to schedule to see the townhouse for rent. Because I was at a conference in Long Beach, I couldn't see the townhouse with my family, but my wife loved the townhouse, and over FaceTime, I said, "Let's move to this place." We had to drive down to submit our safety deposit at the Coldwell Banker Best Realty in Fullerton. When we got there, Austin came outside to greet me (because I never met him before) and thanked us for driving all the way down to Buena Park from LA. When I first met Austin, I thought, "He's really nice and friendly, but you know who isn't friendly in the beginning? All real estate agents are like that in the beginning." But boy, was I wrong! The Saturday before we moved, I drove down to pick up the keys because we wanted to move several items (clothing, etc). We were almost 40 minutes late to the townhouse (called Austin to let him know), but Austin was so understanding and had rearranged his schedule to accommodate us! He showed me around the community and carefully explained anything that I had asked...that really showed me his character, because my wife told me that she had asked the same things before. So, Austin had to answer the same questions again for me, but he didn't show any annoyance or anything like that. And the best part of all that was Austin said to us the although after the move-in his work is done, he told us to let him know if there's anything up with the townhouse. And guess what? We had to because I had to call him about the stolen doorbell (he bought us a new one since he said we were in the "transition" period) and various of other inquiries. The whole time Austin never showed any frustration. He was very professional and knowledgeable, and yet, my wife and I could tell he genuinely cared for us. If I am able to purchase a house in the future (distance future!) in Buena Park area, I will definitely contact Austin Choi!" Read Less
